Have you seen them? Have you noticed that they seem to be everywhere? It's the mushroom invasion. Never have I ever seen mushrooms growing in our yard. Even the church has mushrooms growing on the lawn, as well as the yard at Mom and Dad's house. I noticed a couple of mushrooms one morning in our backyard and then when I left for work the next morning, they had multiplied.
These are some pictures of our mushrooms - they really are quite fascinating I think. I just wish we could eat them. I think the furry kids must have been nipping at them the way they act sometimes - especially Blaze when she seems to be chasing imaginary squirrels.
