We've all decided that we're all going to take a trip to Alaska next August (along with those of us who have spouses). Teri's house will be a great stopover on our trip.
Life is a book. Each day is a new page. May your book be a best seller with adventures to tell, lessons to learn and tales of good deeds to remember.

Lunch With Trina and Teri
My former boss, Teri is moving to Washington state and before she left, Trina and I had lunch with her. (No one told me we were supposed to wear yellow that day).

Teri's Furry Girls
My past boss lady, Teri, went out of town this week on a job interview and asked me if I'd be her furry girls surrogate mother while gone. I'd go to her house twice a day - once in the morning and once in the evening.
Meet Maggie (l) - the oldest and biggest of the two who loves to have her ears scratched. She is such a love and Mitzie who is a sweetie, but very wary of new people. We did become good friends by the last day of care...

It Was Fish Friday
Friday night was our monthly dinner for the missionaries. And, we had another first-time guest also - my boss, Teri. I invited her over especially for the food I was serving that night since she is from the south and would appreciate some good ole artery clogging fried food. Our menu for the evening was:
- fried catfish
- tater logs
- fordhooks
- fried okra
- corn on the cob
- peach cobbler w/ice cream
- lemonade
- Church's fried chicken
- cheese grits
The flowers shown above are a present from Teri. She knows how much I love pink. Aren't they gorgeous?!
