Friday night was our monthly dinner for the missionaries. And, we had another first-time guest also - my boss, Teri. I invited her over especially for the food I was serving that night since she is from the south and would appreciate some good ole artery clogging fried food. Our menu for the evening was:

- peach cobbler w/ice cream

- Church's fried chicken
- cheese grits
