Bill Cosby is coming to Casper in April and Joe and I are the proud owners of tickets to go spend an afternoon with him. I am so excited as I've always enjoyed reading his books and watching him in various programs on television as well as growing up listening to his records about Noah and Fat Albert. Who says Casper doesn't have cultural experiences? Not me.
