Love That Catfish!

I recently found a package of catfish that I'd brought back from Georgia a long time ago when digging in our little freezer.  I decided that the best way to eat them was to cook the only remaining zipper peas, also brought back from Georgia, and eat them along with some tater logs.  Yum , yum!
