Dinner At Trina and Brian's

A few weeks ago, my friend Trina and her husband, Brian, invited Joe and I to dinner at their house with a few of their family and friends. We readily accepted especially since she was preparing prime rib - one of my favorite foods.

This is some of the scenery on the way to their home...

They live in Kaycee which is about 75 miles north of our home...

This is one of Trina's animals - Ariel which is a highland cow. Don't you love her bangs?!

This is the group with whom we broke bread...Joe (l) Trina's brother and sister-in-law next to him. The seated guy is Trina's hubby, Brian, and her mother, Mary, is standing behind him. Trina is in the sunglasses (why I don't know) and next to them is Dave and Sue. (Sue works with me and Trina. Oh, and Flat Riley is sitting on Brian's shoulder.

What a wonderful evening with new friends and great food!

  2. Believe me, it was! Also though it was 150 miles roundtrip, it doesn't seem like 150 miles did in Georgia. Maybe it's that you can drive about 80 miles an hour on basically car free open interstate.
