Our Flowering Crab Tree

These are blossoms we had on the flowering crab tree in our front yard a few days ago when the snow finally stopped fallling and spring arrived. I don't remember these showing up last year so I really enjoyed them for the few short days we had them before the wind blew them away. (These were taken with my new camera).

Though beautiful, they make me miss my gardenias even more. I miss their smell and how beautifully white they were. I'm glad though that several people are enjoying the many cuttings I've supplied over the years.
